We do not guarantee sales, conversions, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes. Leads and digital services are provided “as is.” Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and client actions.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use all websites, digital assets, and leads in compliance with applicable laws, including advertising, privacy, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Payments

All fees are due as stated. Due to the nature of digital services and lead generation, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client unless stated otherwise. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Genesis 7 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Genesis 7 LLC is registered.
