Leads may include contact and demographic information collected from marketing campaigns, publishers, or data providers. Genesis 7 LLC does not guarantee lead accuracy or intent.

Permitted Use

Leads are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• TCPA (telephone and SMS communications)
• CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing)
• State and federal privacy laws

You agree to maintain proper consent, disclosures, opt-out mechanisms, and suppression lists.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Genesis 7 LLC harmless from claims arising from your use, misuse, or non-compliant handling of lead data.
